History
BRS began providing general construction and design build services to the emerging data processing industry focusing on tenant improvements and the design build of the computer rooms. After years of performing third party construction for owners and developers on a national level, began developing for it's own account. Leveraging insight and determination with the experience gained from some of the best real estate developers, BRS successfully completed developments for Fortune 500 ® Companies including IBM, GE, Ford, AT&T, Federal Home Loan Bank Board and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. As the American real estate landscape changed, so did the focus of the company. No product category was left out as they expanded into development of office, retail, full service hotels, residential and mixed use communities, multi-family, condominiums and single family homes. The company has successfully completed over 6,000,000 square feet of construction as developer and general contractor. Each and every project is developed with a hand’s on approach and only the best design consultants, legal advisors and contractors are used on each project to ensure the long term success of the project.

About Us
BRS Industries has over fifty years of experience in the development of commercial, multi-family and land projects. Projects range from an award winning 300,000 square foot office building in Fort Lauderdale, FL to a current project of a 715 acre mixed use development in Tampa, FL encompassing 1000 single family homes, 200,000 square foot of retail, 220 room hotel, 150,000 square foot medical office and 350 hundred luxury multi-family apartments. BRS has taken the property through rezoning, engineering permits, construction, developed and managed projects in Nashville, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Orlando, Georgia and Mississippi.
